Current Planner

The free public Planner is a manual, browser-only tool for organizing a structure memo. It has no feature that uploads, stores, or sends source text to analytics.

Public site and analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel. If optional site analytics is enabled, its event design and input validation do not accept source text, generated drafts, names, email addresses, or form contents. Technical delivery logs and processing by analytics providers are governed by those providers’ policies.

Release-notice request email

An email address and message received in a voluntary release-notice request are used only to send the Canva app release notice and manage cancellation. They are not used for advertising or third-party marketing. Existing support correspondence is not added without the sender’s request. Cancel through the same mailbox with the subject “Release notice cancellation.”

Future Canva app

The Canva AI app is in development and is not publicly available. Before release, Reloop will publish the providers actually used, information sent, retention and deletion information, and support contact.
