Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel Reloop Pro and how refunds are handled.

How to cancel

You can cancel Reloop Pro at any time in the Canva app under “Manage Reloop subscription”. If you cancel before the day before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. Reloop Pro stays available until the end of the paid period.

If Reloop can confirm that you removed (disconnected) the app in Canva and there is no record of you using Reloop in another team, Reloop Pro is cancelled automatically at the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. It stays available until the end of the period, and if you add the app again within the period you can resume renewal in “Manage Reloop subscription”. If a renewal payment has failed and is being retried, the subscription is instead cancelled as soon as the removal is confirmed, and no further charges, including retries, are made. If you used Reloop in another team, or the removal cannot be confirmed, your subscription continues so that it is not cancelled by mistake; cancel it in “Manage Reloop subscription” if you no longer need it. Stripe emails you before each renewal.

If all payment retries fail, your account moves to the free version automatically.

Refunds

Because Reloop Pro is a digital service, fees already paid are generally not refunded, including on a pro-rata basis.

We will refund in these cases: duplicate or otherwise incorrect charges; if paid features were unavailable for a significant period for reasons attributable to Reloop (we refund or extend your subscription in proportion to that period); and where a refund is required by law.

This policy does not limit your rights under Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws.

How to request a refund

Email us at the address below with the date and amount on the receipt email from Stripe. Refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method.
